The AI assistant speeds up recording daily operations in Studio: it turns a sentence like “sell 2 kg of apples, cash” into an operation draft. Nothing is recorded without your confirmation. The assistant is currently in beta.
- 15 operations — sales and returns, customer payments, new customers and products, stock receipts, transfers between warehouses, purchases from suppliers, payments and returns to them, expenses, income, cash movements, opening a shift.
- Voice and photos — speak or photograph an invoice; the text is shown and you correct and confirm it.
- Asks for what is missing — if information is incomplete, it asks for the field and offers a list of options.
- Product descriptions — description drafts in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
- Credit control — usage is measured in credits: 200 a month on Starter, 1,000 on Premium, unlimited on Enterprise.
When credits run out only the AI stops — sales, stock and reports keep working.
